Cares In Motion is formed by a team of caregivers with varying abilities and duties. But one thing is required of all positions, and that is communicating with others. We communicate with other caregivers, clients, at times clients' natural supports (like family members), or clients' care teams (Primary Doctors, Specialists, Care Managers, etc.). The ability to communicate information effectively and according to a clients care plan are a MUST to be a successful member of the team.
Trustworthy.
Cares In Motion is a team. We assist clients in what is often very vulnerable times in their lives. Both the team and clients will be relying on you to maintain trust by acting professionally with strong morals and ethics in all aspects of your role. Can you be trusted to do what is right?
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
The clients we assist depend on us, not just with their comfort but with their safety. Staff are expected to arrive to work on time and ready, as scheduled. Reliable transportation will be needed to ensure you can arrive to your assigned work site(s).
We assist clients in maintaining personal hygiene and dressing, and model such in our own appearance and presentation. Staff will utilize an appropriate amount of deodorant and clothing for daily tasks. Clothing will be tidy in nature, free from holes and debris.
Although experience is a plus, it is not required as we will train a candidate that meets other requirements.

Schedule will be based off of the changing needs of clients. Although there may be additional needs not listed in our openings below, this may provide insight to some of the opens we have at this time. Reach out to us if you have a site that interests you below, or if you have additional questions:
Siren- Caregiver
Shift: One visit on Wednesdays of every other week
Hudson- Caregiver
Shift(s): One visit on Mondays weekly
One visit on Fridays weekly
Webster- Caregiver
Shift: One visit on Wednesday weekly
Hudson- LPN
LPN Shift: 3 visits on a weekly basis
St. Croix Falls- Caregiver
Shift(s): One visit every other Monday
One visit every other Saturday
Float Position-Caregiver
We have a floating staff position available for our Northern locations as well as our Southern locations.
